Joyffles Crunch Mix
INGREDIENTS • 3 pkgs Banana Walnut or Banana Chocolate Joyffles, double-toasted and cut into bite-sized pieces (or 3 individual Joyffles of each banana flavor). • 3 cups Bugles crispy snacks • 1 ½ cups bite-sized White Cheddar Cheese Crackers (e.g., Cheez-It) (omit if gluten-free; substitute with cheese crisps if needed). • 1 ½ cups Smoked Almonds • 1 cup Mini Pretzels • 1 cup Dried Plantain Chips • 12 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted • 2 tbsp of Honey • 2 ½ tsp Chipotle Chili Po


Joyffles Turkey Stuffing
INGREDIENTS • 12 Apple Cranberry Joyffles, cut into 1" squares and toasted • 4 cups Gluten-free Bread, cut into 1" squares and toasted • 2 tbsp Ghee or Butter • 1 Large Onion, diced • 2 cups Butternut Squash, peeled and cubed • 1 cup Celery, diced • 3 cloves Minced Garlic • 1 cup Dried Cranberries • 1 cup Pecans, rough chopped and lightly toasted • 4 cups (32 oz) Turkey, Chicken, or Vegetable Broth • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar • 3 Large Eggs, whisked • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt


Salmon and Cream Cheese
INGREDIENTS Banana Walnut Joyffles (as many as you'd like) Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Optional: Green Onion, Capers DIRECTIONS Toast Joyffles to desired crispiness. Spread cream cheese over toasted Joyffles. Top with smoked salmon. Add sliced green onions and capers as desired. Enjoy!


Chicken and Waffles
INGREDIENTS 2 Banana Walnut Joyffles 4 Frozen Crispy Chicken Strips 1 1/2 tbsp Honey 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce DIRECTIONS Toast Joyffles to desired crispiness. Bake chicken strips according to package directions. While chicken bakes, mix honey and hot sauce in a small bowl. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place on top of Joyffles. Drizzle with honey mixture. Enjoy!
