Bacon, Egg, Cheese, and Joyffles

INGREDIENTS
2 Apple Cranberry Joyffles
2 Eggs
3 Strips of Bacon
1 Slice of Cheese of choice (Cheddar, Swiss, Havarti, etc.)
Butter
Optional: Sriracha, or Hot Sauce of choice
DIRECTIONS
1. Toast Joyffles to desired crispiness.
2. Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Cook eggs - cook as if you're making an omelet, letting the bottom and edges firm up.
4. Add cheese - place slice or shredded cheese onto omelet, then fold omelet into a rectangle.
5. Cook bacon to preferred crispiness.
6. Assemble sandwich, cutting bacon to fit as needed.
7. Top with optional hot sauce.
8. Enjoy!
